Whether you're considering relocating from Puerto Rico, USA territories, and any other countries, our commitment is the same to all RN's seeking employment in Miami, Orlando and New York. Of course, this commitment is the same for RN's wanting to work in other cities and each city will be considered on individual basis for several factors. Drawing from ample experience with the Florida Nursing Board and other Boards nationwide, we understand how time consuming and frustrating endorsing RN’s licenses across States and countries can turn out to be. There is no magic formula to expedite the process, and one can only hope that by doing everything diligently as required by Nursing Boards, an endorsement comes through within a few weeks as expected.

 

With that in mind, ANS is committed to do its best and commit its Management and Processing Team to this end. To the entire process from A-Z until a license rests in your hands.  And that, is only the beginning of our commitment for when it comes to finding you employment, helping pass the NCLEX exam, traveling to Miami or New York from your country, we also are committed to support your efforts by 1) grant you unlimited NCLEX preparation Online at Nclex-Masters.net, 2) paying -reimbursement- for your NCLEX exam upon accepting employment, 3) reimburse your traveling upon accepting employment offer and upon passing employer's probation* 4) paying for your housing for up thirty (30) days* upon arrival and accepting employment, 5) paying for your ground transportation to and from any hospital employing you during employer's Orientation of new employees.*

 

ANS process of your license endorsement and  support of expenses associated with relocating to USA for  employment, will put you on the path to your SUCCESS!  ANS support doesn’t end here! As a socially responsible organization, ANS will also support you when it comes to your housing and transportation. ANS will even help you seeking your first vehicle and terms, a well as your Driver's License once you have arrived and are employed with one of our client hospitals. From day one, when we make contact with you, until you step onto the floor in your hospital, and even in the future, ANS will stay by you. ANS will be by your side to make sure you have fulfilled your dream and reached your professional goal: to become USA employment as a Registered Nurse and get employed by one of our client facilities in Miami, Orlando or New York.

Phase ONE Endorsement Process

 

This is what we’ll do for your FREE, at NO cost to you during phase ONE :

 

  1. Help foreign graduated Nurses to apply with the Board of Nursing in Florida and New York on your behalf. – ( Your application will be reimbursed 30 days after passing probation with a client facility.)

  2. Request from the Boards ( Junta de Enfermeria Puerto Rico and other Boards in other countries ) all and any documents needed by the Boards in Florida and/or New York to begin and end your endorsement process.

  3. Contact the Florida Nursing Board, both through calls and email communication and to  ascertain the status of the endorsement process and to correct any errors obstructing the endorsement process.

  4. Contact the Junta de Enfermeria in Puerto Rico, USA territorries and other countries, to ascertain that all documentation is delivered on time to the Florida and/or Nursing Boards as needed to process final endorsement.

  5. Provide you with Fingerprints forms for Criminal Background requested by the Florida and New York Boards of nursing, or file the fingerprinting information requested by the Board of criminal backgroun through electronics means on the nurse's behalf.

  6. Contact current and/or former nurse's employer(s) verifying employment of relocating nurses in Puerto Rico, USA territories and other countries under ANS program.

  7. Contact and request in writing nurses employers for verification of nurses employment relocating under ANS program to USA.

  8. Contact and help to coordinate your NCLEX FREE preparation online and registration to the NCLEX exam.

  9. Contact and help coordinate interviews – video-interviewing and/or face-to-face interviewing - with our client hospitals in behalf of all relocating nursing under ANS program to USA.

  10. Represent Nurses negotiating the best salaries and benefits from our client hospitals commensurate with nurses’ skills and experience regardless of race gender, age, or sexual orientation as set forth by Federal Guidelines.

  11. Coordinate transport you at your arrival to USA airports in Miami, Orlando and New York upon arriving for interviewing and/or employment and/or housing.

  12. Seek Reimbursement donations from participating hospitals for nurses relocating under ANS program to USA for airplane ticket cost thirty days after passing probation. No guarantee of donations is given to Nurses by ANS.

  13. Seek Reimbursement donations for nurses' NCLEX exam cost thirty days after passing probation with client hospital. 

 

Phase TWO Relocation and Arrival to Miami, Orlando and/or New York

 

Upon your relocation and arrival at Miami, Orlando and/or New York, ANS personal healthcare recruiter will support your relocation and :

 

  1. ANS-IRE will assist Nurses finding housing upon accepting employment offer committing to travel to USA.

  2. ANS-IRE will coordinate and support your efforts to find rental housing or similar shared rental housing through third parties.

  3. ANS will coordinate Uber/Lyft transportation at Nurses's expense from and to hospitals days during employment orientation with our client facilities in Miami, Tampa, and Orlando.

  4. ANS will seek hospital donations for transport as needed. No guarantee is given by ANS of any donations.

  5.  ANS will coordinate and support the nurses transition to their new life in Miami, Orlando and/or New York by providing information and referral to essential services and shopping needs of daily food staples, etc.

  6.  ANS will coordinate and support the nurse’s transition to new life in Miami, Orlando, and/or New York by providing information and referral to essential services to endorse all nurses’ Driver License rights as demanded by local Law.

  7. ANS will coordinate/support the nurse’s transition to new life in Miami, Orlando and/or New York by providing information/referral to essential family needs for education, social services as needed.

  8. ANS will coordinate/support the nurse’s transition to new life in Miami, Orlando and/or New York by providing information/referral to essential family needs for housing rental including information about utilities (light/water installation, deposits, etc) as needed.

  9. ANS will coordinate/support the nurse’s transition to new life in Miami, Orlando and/or New York by providing information/referral to essential family needs for transportation by introducing nurses to affiliated car dealers to oversee the best deals possible when buying vehicles. (New and/or used) ANS will coordinate/support the nurse’s transition to new life in Miami, Orlando and/or New York by providing information/referral to essential family needs for car insurance and/or healthcare insurance as needed by nurses and/or family members when traveling together.

  10. ANS will coordinate/support the nurse’s transition to new life in Miami, Orlando and/or New York by providing information/referral to essential family needs for buying a house as needed.

  11. ANS will coordinate/support the nurse’s transition to new life in Miami, Orlando and/or New York by providing information/referral to essential family needs, employment, reemployment, representation with hospitals with legal issues as needed - *ANS-IRE in its own discretion, and conditions, may provide the RN with assistance in transitioning from their place of origin to employment with Client. This assistance may be in the form of relocation assistance, transportation, temporary living accommodations, career counseling, and orientation under the Terms/Conditions set forth by ANS-IRE. **All housing, transportation, airfare, car buying, and house purchasing subsidies are offered to all RNs with preconditions restricted by your employability, locations, time of the year and other considerations at the sole discretion of ANS-IRE and such support to RNs may vary from one to another. Ask your personal consultant such preconditions.
