Our goals focus on providing the least onerous and most viable nurse recruiting talent services to healthcare facilities while encouraging innovation and creative processes beneficial to hospitals, populations, and nurses seeking transitional employment services.
Americana Nursing Solutions is an organization committed to the realization of everyone’s right to affordable, accessible, and appropriate health care services provided by healthcare facilities with a robust operational healthy budget.
Our organization goals are geared to create opportunities that link healthcare facilities to professional nursing professionals transitioning for employment to our communities. We provide both nursing professionals and healthcare facilities with the resources and channels they need to facilitate their hiring practices. We support all HR practices to alleviate the high cost of vacancy caused by rising turnover rates in the nursing disciplines. We also partner with healthcare professionals, and aid them in reaching their professional objectives; including their transition from USA territories or foreign nations to continental USA cities for healthcare employment in our communities.
We stand accountable to our communities, to our hospitals, to all nurses, to our healthcare recruiters, and to partners. We stand by our promise to help alleviate the nation's nursing shortage and support the rebuilding of our health care systems using practical HR measures and the best of our recruiting talents. We are devoted to building long lasting relationships with nurses and healthcare facilities that benefit the health intervention provided by hospitals in our communities.
