Our goals as a Not for Profit Recruitment and Placement firm is to facilitate the acquisition talented healthcare personnel  


As a Non Profit organization are goals geared to create opportunities that link healthcare facilities to professional nursing professionals transitioning for employment to our communities. We provide FREE both nursing professionals and healthcare facilities with the resources and channels they need to facilitate their hiring practices.


We support all HR practices to alleviate the high cost of vacancy caused by rising  turnover rates in the nursing disciplines.  We also partner with healthcare professionals, and aid them in reaching their professional objectives; including their transition from USA territories or foreign nations to continental USA cities for healthcare employment in our communities. At times as needed, ANS may seek transitional support for some Nurses lacking the needed funds for NCLEX exams or practice books and related expenses to transition to USA. All Nurse transitioning for employment to USA are fully bilingual and have passed NCLEX and obtained RN license. ANS may ask hospitals to contribute their support in lieu of placement fee for licensed Nurse.

Current and Projected Shortage Alarming Indicators

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Employment Projections 2014-2024, Registered Nursing (RN) is listed among the top occupations in terms of job growth through 2024. The RN workforce is expected to grow from 2.7 million in 2014

to 3.2 million in 2024, an increase of 439,300 or 16%. The Bureau also projects the need for 649,100 replacement nurses in the workforce bringing the total number of job openings for nurses due to growth and replacements to 1.09 million by 2014.
